[HELP] TX9 PRO (2gb/16gb) with problem

Hello I have a TV box TX9 Pro, but I went to change the rom and she doesn't want to connect, I tried to pass several rons through the USB BURNING TOOLS but it always gives some error, the computer recognizes normal, but when connecting, just turn on the led from above, and does not turn on the display. Does anyone know what I should do ???
or should i try to short it?
