Anyone who has ported from ATV 7 to ATV 9?

Guys,
I am trying to port an ATV 7 ROM to ATV 9 for my Neo U9-h. I have already unpacked the 2 ROMS Level 1 and Level 2, but I see that there is quite a difference in the structure of the directories.
The problem I have is that the ROM boot, but the USB, Wifi, BT, and Remote Control do not work.
Does anyone know what files I have to edit or copy in Level 1 and Level 2?
