hello I have a problem with my x96 mini Q6X v2.3 18186 at the beginning it turns off by itself I then did a wipe data facotry reset and a wipe cache partition that did nothing I used usb burning and several firmware images that did nothing and blue light went to red light and when I use usb burning it blocked at 9% I tried to short circuit several times but that did nothing give can you help me?
