not showing Recovery Mode

Hellow All Experties.
i bought Tx3mini( Model Tx3mini-A 2+16G(8723) cs_905w_tx_3d_v1.3). but suddenly it hang displaying tx3mini.
i use usb burning tool and flash it 100% completed sucessfully burn but same result displaying tx3mini no other options or cant go recovery option . help please what should i do????? waiting for reply

Thanks again. There is no. Img file. I downloaded those file. Inserted to android tv box
And hold reset button then miracle happen displaying atvxperience... Twrp recovery.

But no option to recover. I belive i repaire this android box. Please help.What should i do?

Unpack the .7z archive first,

.img - atvXperience_S905W_V2H_FINAL_TX3_NEW_REVISION.7z

flash extracted .img file with USB Burning tool.
