You used the "all" the files I uploaded? Not just the remote2.tab file, all the files?

Hello,

I tried several things :
- replacing the content with one file (remote2.tab)
- copying all the files (remote.cfg remote1.tab and remote2.tab)
- renaming remote.cfg by remote.conf
- used tools to repack the v2ff with the remote files inside the rom

None of theses steps work :(

And for the clock, I tried to copy the missing files in the /bin compared to the stock rom. Doesn't work as well.

It's newbe tests... Probably I made something wrong

:relieved:

Wait for 8.1 release, your remote will work. In addition, there will be a possibility through the ROOT access to edit your remote.cfg files directly in the Android.

It is an ATV version based on stock ROM (except u-boot), as we currently do not have an 8.1 SDK.

Ok, I was confused, I didn't realize you were on V2FF with Nougat 7.1.2.
The files I posted in that rar file where only for Oreo or Pie ROM to be inserted in Vendor partition for the remote to possibly work.

It looks like there's no p281 device in the Oreo 8.1 SDK. For this reason, p212 sources are used for p281. But do not worry, we've created a nice p281 build. :)
Pie is a future project.
